Maybe: After a miscarriage it may take awhile to get your menstrual cycles back to normal and for ovulation to resume. It depends on how fast your bhcg went back down to zero. Be patient. Even though you had a miscarriage this tell us that you are able to get pregnant.

Yes: Recovering from a miscarriage may alter the hormonal levels therefore preventing an ovulation for a few weeks.
