Wait 2 months: Most recommendations are to wait 4 to 6 months before attempting another pregnancy. However, the risks for repeat miscarriage is not increased if you wait until after 2 cycles. The risk for pregnancy complications after one miscarriage is not increased in later pregnancies, but if you miscarry twice there is about a 1 in 3 chance that your next pregnancy will miscarry.

When u r ready: It's ok to get pregnant immediately after a miscarriage if you are emotionally ready. We used to think you needed to wait at least a cycle but recent studies have shown normal pregnancy outcomes even in the first cycle after a loss.

If later miscarriage: You may want to wait one or more cycles if you carried the last pregnancy past 12-13 weeks.
