Weight Training: Weight training is a useful way of building strength. The key is consistency and developing a program. Start light with regard to weight performing 8-10 reps. Gradually increase weight. To work on toning muscle perform 10-12 reps. To build muscle work 6-8 reps with a higher resistance.
