Pushups: Maybe add some pull-ups and free weights in increasing amounts... start with more reps and lower weights to make sure you do not hurt yourself. Start with biceps/triceps and wrist flexion and extension. Never train only one 'side' of an extremity... always do the agonist and antagonists equally much. Good luck!
