Moderation!: This is not a bad thing, being healthy and getting excited about the results you are seeing is a benefit to getting more fit. On the other hand if you are not a professional body builder, athlete, or something along that lines; working out more than once a day or back to back days on the same muscle groups is a rapid way to injure yourself!
