Hmmm: Do you go to the dentisit regularly? Most liekly you have gingivitis or periodontitis but it can be a sign of systemic diisease. Therefore, have your dentist determine if your have periodontitis and if not get to your md for a blood test.

Other possible causes could be related to overzealous and/or improper brushing/flossing, a systemic problem along with any medications that could prolong bleeding.
