Antifungal: Next step would be taking an antifungal medication. Nystatin is effective and is by far the safest. If that doesn't work i'd have to ask you what do you mean by "candida problem"? If you truly have a chronic mucosal fungal infection and are not taking oral antibiotics i'd order tests for diabetes mellitus and immunodeficiency. Mucosal means the lining of the digestive tract &, in women, the vagina.
