Me= yeast infection for 3 mos. tried creams, boric acid, candida diet, probiotics, garlic, etc. taking iron pills 4 anemia- could that be feeding it?

Yeast infection: You do not say whether you have used anti-fungals in your treatment, either topically or orally. That is the best way to treat Candida vulvovaginitis. Iron is highly unlikely to have anything to do with this. If you persist despite this you may be being reinfected by your sexual partner and they could be treated as well. If still an issue make sure your immune system is intact. Good luck.
