See an ENT doctor: When and adult has a blocked ear on only one side, it could be a problem. It the antibiotic doesn't work soon, go see an ENT doctor for an evaluation. It could be nothing serious, and easily solved, or could be a sign of something serious that needs to be dealt with. Don't blow this off!
