Are all cases of c. diff something to worry about even if on treatment. does it make difference if your healthy or not?

C.Diff: I think you should take the medication prescribed by your doc and expect improvement, however, it won't be sudden, so try to be patient. Make sure to hydrate yourself if you are still having diarrhea. Avoid foods known to irritate your GI tract - dairy, caffeinated beverages, acid rich juices, etc. It will take time to recover. Ask your doc about probiotic supplement. It may help some.
