Bystolic (nebivolol): Bystolic (nebivolol) drips the BP and the hr. Usual doses are 5 and 10mg. You might get a drop of additional 5 to 10 mm drop in BP and 5 to 10 point drip in heart rate. Everyone's response is a little different.
