What is a differences btween loss of lordosis and spondylitis? also please mention the treatment for both

They differ: Loss of lordosis is the loss of a normal curve in the spine. If it causes pain there are many treatments from conservative mgt with exercise and pt to surgical correction if there are major symptoms. Spondylosis is basically degeneration and treatment depends on the severity of the symptoms.

Spondylitis: "lordosis" describes the c-shaped curve of the spine (open part of c aiming posteriorly). "loss of lordosis" implies flattening of this curve. "spondylitis" refers to inflammation of the spine, such as with "ankylosing spondylitis.".
