Need follow up: Did the injection initially work? You may need another injection or different kind of intervention.

Injections: Sometimes these injections work, but remember, a cortisone injection is an anti inflammatory solution. It can take 4-6 weeks to work. If it doesn't work, you may need to consult an orthropeditic surgeon.
