Injection reaction: It's unlikely this far out from injection. Typically bad reactions are within hours to days. If the pain is in your hand, the effects of the injection may have worn off or you have experienced an exacerbation of the arthritis or synovitis that you were originally given the injection for. I would make an appointment with your physician to see if something else can be done for your symptoms.
