Iam 52 had several back surgerys and fused all the way up my back.been thur menopause at 39 .but i have no desire for sex at all .never what should i?

Pain, depression?: A series of back surgeries often comes with periods of severe chronic pain, and depression often shows up shortly after the onset. Both tend to sabotage sex drive, and many of the pain meds further suppress desire and performance. If you do suspect depression and have not been evaluated, see a psychiatrist or therapist for help. If on pain meds, mention this to md and ask about adjusting the meds.
