There's no such surg: There is no surgery that will assure you of not having to go through menopause. If you, by chance, talking about your uterus and ovary removal, it just means that menopause starts right after the surgery -- it is surgical menopause vs. Natural that occurs in women of certain age. Surgical menopause is usually worse tolerated than natural due to the sudden change in a woman's health.
