Question?: You have provided a statement, not a question. I suspect that someone getting ivig with an elevated temperature has a problem more complex than a 400 character answer can provide. Eg -- what is the treatment for, was this a drug reaction (elevated temperature) or a true infection, what is physical exam, etc.

Ivig treatment: Fever is a known side effect of ivig administration. Taking anihistamine and / or nsaids before administration might be helpful.
