Yes: I suggest you go asap to make sure you don't have a systemic infection. 105 is too high to ignore.

Probably.: If you have a cellulitis and have been on antibiotics for two days, you should be seeing some improvement - though, not cure. A temperature of 105 is concerning. If you feel ill - and especially if you feel as if you are losing ground here, go into the emergency room. Good luck. Lgromkomd.
