Further evaluation : Those symptoms may be secondary to vertebrobasilar insuffiency. The hearing loss needs to be quantified and characterized with an audiogram. If sensorineural loss is a present it should be treated immediately as the window for successful treatment is small. It sounds like an mri/mra of the brain maybe helpful. In the big picture the small vertebral artery may not be relevant.
