Have been having horrendous ear pain in the left ear since late 2019. i have muffled hearing sometimes, popping, pain and discomfort while driving with window/s open. severe vertigo off and on, ringing in ears, scary roaring sound in ear twice?

What you described suggests Meniere's disease. It would be prudent to consult an ENT doctor.
