I've a cough for two month i cough in spells and sometime vomit up salave i've been to the doctor still no relieve what should do.

Cough: The cause of your cough can be anything - from so called post infectious cough (trailing cough after an upper respiratory infection) to pertussis (whooping cough) and other things. If you have not had any xray done, it may be the way to go to rule out certain things. Pertussis culture may be taken. Discuss it with your doc.
