Not likely: This sounds like you should be seeing a doctor asap. Go to an er if necessary. Chest pain should never be ignored and a cardiac source should be ruled out first. Although that should not produce fever, there are many acute conditions that may, including pneumonia, pulmonary embolus/infarction, and others. Go now. Hope you are better soon.
