Probably not: While it's possible that these symptoms are signs of heart disease, since they get worse with movement and swallowing, it's more likely that it is due to some injury or inflammation of your jaw or neck. If the pain gets worse, or you think it might be urgent, by all means get it checked immediately. Otherwise, call your family physician and go in the next few days for an evaluation.

Dental Perspective: From a dental perspective, we generally advise emergency room visits for any fast onset facial swelling, difficulty breathing/swallowing, or fever. You may want to call your doctor first thing in the morning if you feel like your condition is stable. Of course the safest thing to do would be to visit an er if you are concerned. A proper evaluation is not possible via short question/answer.

Up to you: Usually would say no er but yes to immediate appointment, however if is something that continues to worsen and any swelling/pain arises and you can't see a physician immediately would seek some type of medical attention.
