Yes: Patients with acid reflux have a much higher incidence of nasal congestion and post nasal drainage than those who don't. Most patients with both reflux and these symptoms will improve on antacids. Putting saline into distal esophagus does nothing to nose but installing acid makes the nose congested so there is a relationship. Consider bid antacid trial for at least a month as test.
