Absolutely not: I admit, i don't have a long rambling answer here as i usually do. Heat escaping from the head is really not the major source of heat loss it is reputed to be, and male pattern baldness is a purely genetic problem related in part to the amount of testosterone someone has, but has nothing to do with heat!
