ENT needed: Repeated nosebleed from one nostril suggests an injured or abnormal (hemangioma) blood vessel or another problem (infection, tumor). A careful exam of the nose by a specialist (ENT) should be done. Aspirin, Advil, and related agents increase risk of bleeding, stopping them may help, but exam still needed

See below: Agree with Dr. Rosenblum. Dryness of the mucosa can cause repeated bleeds. You may try applying very small amounts of emollient, e.g., Vaseline to the part just inside the opening of the nose.
