Be quiet; get Rx: If you have an obsessive fear of germs, try to keep it to yourself. If you feel you must keep cleaning constantly, you'll annoy people. If make people do things that aren't really helpful out of concern for keeping yourself germ-free, you'll end up friendless. Most "fear of germs" is irrational and unscientific. If you can't give it up, your physician can offer rx or a referral for brief therapy.
