Menstrual periods: Menstrual periods are a natural part of life for women in their child-bearing years. It's not natural to be so fearful of this -- so i really suggest seeing your doctor and a psychologist, psychiatrist, or other mental health professional to work on your fears. There are oral contraceptives that can delay or stop menstrual periods, but you still need to see your physician about these. Be well.
