I have a fear of entering a bathroom or a public toilet. i dont have a fear of germs or if people can hear me while i am on the toilet.

May be simple phobia: I am not a psychologist, but you may have a simple phobia, caused by specific triggers (e.g, doors or smells) and may not have any reason for it, other than certain parts of your brain get overstimulated by sensory input. Talk to your doctor or to a psychiatrist / psychologist to determine if it's a simple phobia or something more complicated. Simple phobias can often be desensitized w/o meds.

Not uncommon: Your fears are not uncommon. Consider discussing this with a psychologist, if this fear interferes with your quality of life. Exploring the reasons for this fear may improve your quality of life, reveal suppressed problems, or eliminate the fear all together (no pun intended).
