May be simple phobia: I am not a psychologist, but you may have a simple phobia, caused by specific triggers (e.g, doors or smells) and may not have any reason for it, other than certain parts of your brain get overstimulated by sensory input. Talk to your doctor or to a psychiatrist / psychologist to determine if it's a simple phobia or something more complicated. Simple phobias can often be desensitized w/o meds.
