Choices: Realize that you have voices about everything you do. Often some physical activity can be helpful such as walking. While you are walking, notice the things around you and the magical beauty you can see of you just choose to see it. Meditation and yoga are useful de-stressing tools. Support groups and counseling are also available should you need it. Remember that 'this too shall pass' good luck.

ARE YOU ---: stressed because of your age? Because you haven't accomplished what you would have liked to at this point? Because it won't be celebrated? Because it will be celebrated? You haven't been clear about why your birthday is stressing you out. So- can only provide some general de-stressers. Consider yoga, exercise, deep breathing exercises or Progressive muscle relaxation.
