Meditation: Personally, my favorite way to relax and de-stress is meditation. Spending time in nature like a walk on the beach is another personal favorite, as is listening to music and dancing. Other useful techniques include exercise, yoga, and trying to live in the moment (be here now). A nice guide to relaxation techniques is at www.Mindtools.Com/stress/relaxationtechniques/intropage.Htm.

Personally - paint: I also perform acupuncture on myself if I am really hyped up. Aim for 7.5 - 8 hours of sleep/ night. Daily physical activity is optimal in a green space. Eat healthfully. Cut out junk carbs, caffeine & alcohol (or moderate). Try Qi Gong, Tai Chi,massage, acupressure, homeopathy, meditation, Yoga, exercise program or deep breathing exercises.
