A good physical: First it's important to see your physician for a through physical, and not assume that the symptoms are stress related. But if they are, there are plenty of ways to de-stress, although working with a therapist could be most helpful.

Second, listen to favorite soothing music while taking a hot bath, once a day. Third, when you catch yourself thinking negative thoughts about yourself, snap a loose rubber band on wrist, say "STOP," and think positve one.
