None: Once teeth are fully formed and erupted, there are no foods that will 'strengthen' them. Eating healthy foods and avoiding ones high in sugar and acid, will help keep your teeth free from cavities. Don't forget to brush and floss for 2 minutes after meals (and snacks when possible). There are remineralizing tooth pastes that can restore demineralized enamel. Speak to your dentist about this issue.
