Very few may help: There are foods that inhibit bacteria but as far as whitening teeth that is questionable. In general, chewing any crunchy vegetable will naturally cleanse your teeth. Some dentists claim the enzyme bromelain in pineapples acts as a natural stain remover. Limited research to validate this information. Keep your teeth whiter by limiting the eating or drinking of foods and drinks that may stain teeth.

No color: Any food that can stain a white tee shirt can stain the teeth. Keep away from those.
