Is there any way to keep myself motivated to lose weight?

Friends: You've discovered that dieting ; counting calories is a drag. You're right. The only way to maintain a fitness-focused lifestyle and weight loss is to form emotional friendship-style attachments to a group of people that are doing what you want to do. Exercise will help normalize your appetite and your brain will start sending the right signals to you about what you want to eat.

Visualize how you’ll: Feel ; look when you’re at your best. Think about why you wanted to lose weight in the first place. Insure calories burned > calories consumed. Drink at least 8 - 8 oz glasses of water/day ; 5 servings of veggies ; 4 servings of fruit per/day. Eat whole grain. Avoid sodas, alcohol ; junk carbohydrates. Get a good mix of aerobic ; weight lifting exercises.
