Naps after school: If this is a teen frequently teens fall asleep afterschool because they have gone to sleep late the night before and then had to get up early for school and are exhausted by 3pm. Going to sleep at the same time every night (10ish) (weekend or weekday) will help your body get on track and be able to wake for school. Also proper nutrition is important for energy. If still tired consult your doctor.
