Get to sleep: You need to get on a consistent schedule. Get yoiur homework done in the afternoon or early evening. To get up at 5:30, yoiu would need to get to sleep by 9:-9:30. Avoid caffeine, especially in the evening. Try a high carbohydrate dinner. You can try melatonin, 3 to 10 mg about 30 to 60 minutes before going to bed.
