Sleep patterning: Developing a set sleep schedule and sticking with it is an important goal of those with ADD. White noise machines and soft music can help induce sleep as can meditation. Exercise will also encourage a normal sleep pattern. If you don't sleep one night. Stay awake as long as you can and try the next. I'm sure your body will be ready to sleep by night 2.
