Fruits & teeth: A diet high in fruit can contain high sugar and acid content, which can contribute to problems with the teeth. Also, dried fruits can stick in the grooves of the teeth. Brushing after meals is important, however, if you are eating high-acid fruits, you'll want to rinse right away with water, but wait at least 30 minutes before brushing.

Diet high in fruit: The quick answer is no. However, if your taste leans toward consuming large quantities of citrus fruits that are high in citric acid then your teeth will be negatively affected. The trick is to maintain a well balanced diet that includes fruit, vegetables, whole grain, and foods containing protein. A dietitian other well informed counselor can help you get the proper mix of foods for good health.
