Yes!: Eating fruits is an excellent thing to do after extraction--or any other time. After extraction, your tissue needs to heal. Vitamin c is an important vitamin that aids healing. Because an extraction site--"socket"--may pack some small seeds, avoid seeds. Watermelons, cantaloupes, grapes, oranges, peaches, bananas, etc., ... Happy healing!
