There are support organizations for adults on the spectrum. Some ASD traits are sn advantage, attention to detail, the ability to see or notice what others don't. If dx is incorrect: Speak to your doctor first, if you feel the diagnosis is incorrect. The diagnosis is often incorrect and your interest in having it corrected suggests your is incorrect. The difficult part is once it is the insurance computers or in the electronic record of some health care systems, it is difficult to get corrected.
