Not likely if they: Know about it. Not autism but i know patients both enlisted and refused enlistment who had a diagnosis of adhd. Autism has a wide spectrum from mild to severe, and your abilities to learn, communicate, and deal with stress can be impaired by autism symptoms. Most likely if you tell them you had this diagnosis, they will say you are not qualified for military service.
