Asthma treatment: If you already have a diagnosis of asthma and you are unable to tolerate exercise, you would need to see a physician to be evaluated and treated. Asthma is a reversible airway disease. There are many good and efficient options for controlling asthma symptoms nowadays that to hear that you have physical activity limitation and decrease in quality of life are not an option.
