Think balance: Lung air cells are protected by a gate like mechanism that answers to chemical "open" or "close" messages. When you wheeze, the close message dominates.Asthma sufferers make a lower amount of keep "open"chemical which rescue inhalers help increase.Since your genetics make you a low producer, you will deal with this to some extent for life. Finding the right combination of meds can make it easier.
