Pinched nerve : Treatment options can greatly vary depending on that cause of your pinched nerve. If due to a disc herniation, treatment usually consists of analgesic and anti-inflammatory medications (e.g. Nsaids), +/- oral steroids, physical/chiro therapy, local injections, epidurals, and if all of that fails, microsurgical decompression.
