What are the treatment options for ulnar nerve entrapment?

Neuropathy: At the wrist the ulnar nerve entrapment can be treated with a cock-up splint just like carpal tunnel is treated. At the elbow, constant effort should be paid to avoid compression over the nerve when driving or resting. If the compressive neuropathy is severe, then should consider surgical decompression at the elbow. Some prefer to proceed with a more extensive surgery, ulnar nerve transposition.
