Many treatments....: There are many treatments for keloids: surgical removal, usually accompanied by steroid injection postoperatively, low dose radiation, and pressure (usually for earlobe keloids in combination with surgery.) we have had good luck with surgery and steroid injections and that is generally my recommended treatment. Crushed aspirin...I'm afraid not.
