I am not sure if: You meant this the way it came out. Supportive organizations do exist for people with aspergers & other autism spectrum disorders. I doubt you are asking about organizations to help people to commit suicide (that obviously would be a horrible thing).

I think I understand: The worst part of having asperger's is probably that these people are often total jerks without meaning to be. They get baffled, upset, and often become chronically miserable. The properly-guided aspie often learns basic social skills and can be quite nice, as well as productive. Since you're smart and want to intervene, perhaps gently mentoring the "jerk" on practical ways to be more diplomatic.
