Last two days my hands feel swollen and hurt when i make a fist..they really hurt when i first wake up in morning.my pointer finger is the worse.?

Swollen hands: Those symptoms (while very general) may be a sign of an underlying rheumatologic condition - like arthritis. You might try taking an anti inflammatory medication like Ibuprofen with some food at bedtime and see if that helps. You might also ask your doctor to do some blood testing looking specifically for inflammation and signs of arthritis.
