OK: Start by going to a cardiologist and telling them about this. They'll do an ekg, possibly an echocardiogram, and then order a test called an event monitor or holter monitor. That'll help them figure out why you're skipping beats. After that, if it's problematic (and it is almost always a "safe" issue, by the way) they can refer you to an electrophysiologist to talk about options.
